    Flow through creative combinations of your favourite Pilates moves and explore all corners of the reformer.

    We’ll give options to dial the intensity up or down depending on your energy.

    Jump Club is full-body, plyometric focused, and more than just a cardio hit.

    Slide, glide, bounce, float and fly as we switch up the tempo to challenge your strength, stamina and stability.

    A mix of heavy and light spring resistance will keep you guessing and you’ll use the jump board in ways you never have before.

    Expect the unexpected, ‘cause in this class, creativity is most definitely on the menu.
